I’m proud to say I have lost weight on the FLAB TO FIT diet. I started in the beginning of January (weight 66 Kgs ) and currently (March 15) I weigh 58 Kgs. So I’ve lost 8 Kgs. I’m very happy about this because I didn’t think I could lose weight. My wedding is in August so I wanted to look my best. Thanks to Dr Megha Mukhija. The doctor is very uncomplicated and explained the whole process nicely so that people like us with non medical background are confused with, lot of confusing information on the internet.
